Lia Vasconcelos Docente da FCT- UNL e investigadora do MARE (www.mare-centre.pt/pt) centra a sua investigação em processos decisórios inovadores e novas formas de governância colaborativa em políticas públicas.
Investigadora principal/Fundadora do WTeam up Participation and Empowerment (www.wteamup.com) grupo de ação-investigação em processos colaborativos. Tem publicado diversos artigos e é editora de vários livros, sendo o último Sustainability in the 21st century – The Power of Dialogue (2015).
Coordenadora do Projecto MARGov, e da componente participativa do MARLISCO FP7 consciencialização social/corresponsabilidade face ao lixo marinho reconhecido com o RRI (Research Responsible Innovation), é responsável pelas metodologias colaborativas do Urban WINS (H2020) para a gestão de resíduos.

Principal researcher/Founding member of wTeam up Participation and Empowerment (www.wteamup.com) na action-research group in collaborative processes. She has published various papers and is editor of several books, namely Sustainability in the 21st century – The Power of Dialogue (2015).
Coordinator of the MARGov Project and of the participative componente of MARLISCO FP7 social awereness /coresponsibility towards marine litter recognized with the RRI (Research Responsible Innovation), is responsible for the collaborative methodologies of the Urban WINS (H2020) for waste management.
